• References & Verification EMPLOY provides the employer with a reference and verification resource service for each of its participants.

• Employee Job Retention Assistance A job retention specialist works with participants for up to one year to ensure that standards of workmanship are being met.

• Employer Assistance Employers are encouraged to contact EMPLOY anytime regarding an EMPLOY participant. A job retention specialist is available to work with the employer and employee to assist with any problems and provide job coaching.
