UNIQUE THREE-PART PROGRAM
At EMPLOY, we believe it is our unique three-part
program that lends to our participants' success:
- Most EMPLOY participants are not newly trained but skilled and
experienced in their trades--often with up to 1-2 years of training.
- EMPLOY participants undergo a unique, mandatory, employment-focused
training program teaching job retention skills and work ethics.
- Once on the job, the employee is supported by EMPLOY’s ongoing
monitoring, mentoring and follow-up program, for up to one year.
