EMPLOY Assembly Workers perform tasks for assembly or fabrication of electronics, metal/mechanical products, furniture and general finished product fabrication.
EMPLOY participants can perform some or all of these functions:
- Work individually and as a team responsible for assembling an entire product or component of a product
- All tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most without being assigned to a specific or permanent task
- Participate in making management decisions that affect their work
